The Voluntary & Community Sector and the LSP

The Voluntary & Community Sector plays an important part in the work of each Board and the LSP itself. Our Sector provides a unique perspective on the needs of citizens and communities reflecting our work in the city with both individuals and groups. We bring this perspective to the table along with those of our statutory partners (e.g. the Local Authority, NHS, armed forces, police) and business partners (local commerce).

VCS representatives are chiefly elected from the Community Network which is hosted and managed by Community First for Portsmouth but independent of it. Some CVS representatives are nominated or co-opted onto the Boards for their specific areas of expertise.

Inactive Module

You should publish modules to the "inactive" position and set the Menus to "All", for them to show up on pages where there is no active menu ID. This is a bug/feature of Joomla that causes only menu items in the "All" setting to show up.
