We will try to run courses wherever possible. Sometimes a course may need to be postponed or even cancelled. Where this is unavoidable we will contact you as early as possible to notify you and do our best to find a new date that is convenient for all. Where a rescheduled date is not possible we will issue a full refund.

We strive to ensure that all people who wish to learn with us can do so. If you have individual barriers to attending a course please call us. We will do everything reasonable that we can to ensure you can participate fully. If you need this information in another form please call us on 023 9288 2432.
Learner support: we can provide reasonable assistance to people to attend if they have a barrier to attending such as carer responsibilities. We can also provide learner support to people who need it to participate in our workshops. For example, this may be a note taker or sign language interpreter.
If you or a colleague needs additional support during a course please let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation
Refunds: please note we operate a cancellation policy where we need two weeks notice of cancellation prior to a course for a refund. We need to do this to allow us to make a place available to another customer on our waiting list, to cover our administrative costs and to allow us to confirm that a course will be able to run for other participants. We are happy for an alternative person to attend in place but do need advance notice of this to advise tutors of different learning objectives.
