The public sector funding cuts are already having an impact on the Voluntary and Community Sector in the city and this will continue as the range of cuts increases. Community First for Portsmouth wants to support local organisations experiencing cuts and will be gathering evidence over the coming months on the scale and effect of actual and proposed cuts.
