The Big Event
 Celebrating the Voluntary and Community Sector
 
This year the actress Sheila Hancock will be opening the event at 10.00am and Linvoy Primus (Footballer) and co-founder of Faith and Football will be presenting the Volunteer of the Year Awards at 2.00pm. 

There will also be a large number of events happening at different times some of which you can take part in! There will be plenty of stalls providing information and treats based around their group functionalities.

Without question there will be something for everyone!

Some of the groups performing on the day consists of:

• Chance to dance : live dance performances 
• Sambatida : live drumming including work shops and demonstrations
• Walking Friends : Tai-chi, live workshops
• Victory Singers : Providing live music
